Getting Started

Welcome to Produciesta! This guide will walk you through creating your first audio production from a screenplay.

Installation

1. Download Produciesta from the Mac App Store or iOS App Store
2. Open the app and grant any requested permissions
3. You’re ready to start!

Quick Start

Step 1: Import Your Screenplay

Click the Import button or drag and drop a screenplay file into the app. Produciesta supports:

• Fountain files (.fountain)
• Final Draft files (.fdx)
• PDF screenplays
• Plain text files

The app will automatically parse your screenplay and identify:

• Scenes
• Characters
• Dialogue
• Action lines

Step 2: Assign Voices to Characters

Once your screenplay is imported, go to the Characters tab. Here you’ll see all the characters detected in your script.

For each character:

1. Click on the character name
2. Browse the voice library
3. Preview voices by clicking the play button
4. Select the voice that best fits your character

Step 3: Generate Audio

Navigate to the Scenes tab and select the scenes you want to generate:

1. Click on a scene to preview it
2. Click Generate to create the audio
3. Listen to the result
4. Adjust voice settings if needed and regenerate

Step 4: Export Your Production

Once you’re happy with your audio:

1. Select the scenes to export
2. Click Export
3. Choose your format (MP3, WAV, or M4A)
4. Select a destination and save
